By accessing or using Aligna, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the app
You agree to use Aligna responsibly and not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
- - Don’t reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app or its systems.
- - Don’t use the service to create illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- - Don’t attempt to access other users’ data.
Content
You retain rights to the content you create (goals, journal entries, and tasks). You grantAligna permission to process that content to provide app functionality.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for backing up any information you consider important.
AI features
AI outputs are generated suggestions and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should use your judgment before acting on any recommendation.
Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered in the future. If and when subscriptions launch, pricing, billing, and cancellation details will be displayed in-app and/or on the App Store.
Availability
The service may change over time and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or issues.
Disclaimer
Aligna is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties of any kind regarding the service’s reliability, accuracy, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligna and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to do so for security or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
